
Terms & Conditions
1) Products will only be sent out to customers when payment has been made in full and received by Baseline tuning.com
2) Baseline tuning.com receives the right to refuse a sale to any customers that aren’t seen as legitimate
3) All baseline tuning logos are the property of Zoose LLp and can only be used with written permission.
4) Baseline tuning.com has been granted use of all logos, photos and pictures on the web site, reuse of these is prohibited.
5) All prices and items are correct at the time they were posted on the internet web site (www.baselinetuning.com). Any changes will be updated when necessary
6) Baseline tuning.com has no responsibility for the installation of the products that are purchased by the customer.
7) Baseline tuning.com recommends that the products purchased should be installed by a professional mechanic or service garage
8) Baseline tuning.com has no responsibility If any damage occurs while installation is taking place
9) Any products being returned must have an invoice and have a valid reason for being returned. (Not requiring the item anymore is not a valid reason)
10) Products will only be accepted for returning if the item has not been fitted. If there is any sign or proof that the item has been fitted or an attempt to fit the item has been made then the refund will not be given.
11) Products that are returned will incur a 20% restocking fee. This is because the item will have to be sent back to the manufacture for testing. (This will be deducted from the refund that the customer will receive).
12) Refunds will be only given when Baseline tuning.com has received the product (Products must be package properly when being returned. Baseline Tuning are not responsible for any damage on returned goods)
